Paul Bogutsky

Paul Bogutsky joined Global Holdings in May 2021 as Chief Financial Officer. Paul has significant experience in all aspects of financial planning and reporting, problem solving, implementing key reporting metrics, tax, budgeting, treasury, and risk management across numerous and diverse industries. His focus has always been on building strong finance teams to support the growth of both private equity owned and public organizations.

Prior to joining Global, Paul was the Chief Financial Officer of Construction Resources, a Georgia based specialty building products company, where he focused on strategic acquisitions and securing long-term financing to support the growth of the business.

Prior to Construction Resources, Paul served as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Indiana based Gearbox Holdings, a specialty manufacturer of automotive parts. Paul began his career at the accounting firm of Grant Thornton, providing audit and tax services to clients in a cross section of industries.

Paul is a Certified Public Accountant, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a member of the New York Society of Certified Public Accountants, and a graduate of St. John’s University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Paul lives in New York City with his wife Susan and their two daughters. He enjoys biking, hiking, and rooting for the NY Giants and Yankees. Paul and his wife have run the NYC marathon for nearly 30 years.
