A Culture Of Compliance

Global is proudly built on a culture of compliance, which is grounded in our mission to help support consumers in their journey back to financial health.

Global was an important voice in the dialogue that shaped the current regulatory framework for the debt settlement industry. We were cited as an example of payment processing services contemplated by the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR)¹.

Global employs a comprehensive compliance management system designed to ensure that consumer funds are handled in accordance with the TSR and all other applicable regulations. This system has been built into Global’s payment processing platform and services. All debt settlement providers with consumers on the Global platform are subject to initial certification and ongoing monitoring processes. Global is also a registered member of the American Fair Credit Council representing consumer rights in the debt settlement industry.
