Jorgen Bocklage

Jorgen Bocklage joined Global Holdings in March 2024 as Chief Administrative Officer. Jorgen has over two decades of experience in senior finance and operations roles at high growth companies, primarily in FinTech and subscription-based service sectors.

Prior to joining Global, Jorgen was Chief Financial Officer at Lyte, a venture-backed live-event ticketing and ticket exchange platform, and subscription lunch service start-up MealPal. Before MealPal, he was CFO at Behalf, a B2B FinTech lender where he raised over $150 million in debt and equity financing and oversaw compliance and risk management along with financial operations. Earlier in his career he was the first finance leader at password manager Dashlane, lead the launch of UK FinTech 118 118 Money, and was part of the executive team at Revolution Money, an early FinTech that was acquired by American Express.

Jorgen is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Institute. He graduated from Colby College with a degree in Economics and holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas. Outside of his work at Global, he is actively engaged in helping entrepreneurs and early-stage companies, including as a member of the advisory board of G8RTech, a company developing innovative protective gear for athletes, and as a mentor with the Halloran Lab for Entrepreneurship at Colby College. Away from the office, Jorgen loves to spend time playing tennis, watching the Minnesota Vikings, reading, and discovering new things to do and see with his family.
